New construction of a passive office building equipped with intensive natural night ventilation and low energy workshops, implementing innovative techniques while maintaining a reproducible character.

This building is intended to house spin-off companies, the office complexes being attached to workshops allowing to carry out multiple activities developed by the aforementioned companies.

This project is part of the "REGAIN" program aimed at building, in several European countries, a reproducible building for sustainable development. Each building will be evaluated according to various criteria (rating grid SB Tools) in relation to the standards in force in the country where it is built.
